Terms & Conditions
Effective: 18 April 2026
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of vitiumtattoo.com (the “Website”), operated by VITIUM LTD. By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. About us
- VITIUM LTD
- Registered address: 74a Hayes Road, Bromley, BR2 9AB, United Kingdom
- Company number: 13745319 (England & Wales)
- VAT number: GB513222540
- Contact: info@vitiumtattoo.com
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use, or harm the Website’s operation. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, or scrape content without permission.
3. Product sales
We do not sell products directly through this Website. VITIUM products are sold through:
- Amazon — in the United States, United Kingdom, and Italy
- TikTok Shop — in the United Kingdom
Purchases made on those marketplaces are governed by the marketplace’s own terms, privacy notices, returns, and dispute policies. We are the seller of record for VITIUM-branded products fulfilled through those channels, subject to their platform rules.
4. Wholesale enquiries
Studios and retailers can apply for wholesale through the form on our Wholesale page. Submitting an application does not create a contract. We review applications on a case-by-case basis and will respond with next steps, pricing, and our wholesale terms if we invite you to proceed.
5. Content & intellectual property
All content on the Website — including text, photography, illustrations, video, trade marks, logos, and product designs — is owned by or licensed to VITIUM LTD and is protected by United Kingdom, European Union, and international intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
6. No medical advice
Content on the Website (including blog posts, product descriptions, and aftercare guides) is provided for general information only. It is not medical, dermatological, or professional advice. If your tattoo shows signs of infection, severe irritation, or any reaction that concerns you, seek advice from your tattoo artist or a qualified medical professional. VITIUM is not liable for decisions you make based on Website content.
7. Accuracy of content
We take reasonable care to keep information on the Website accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties or representations about completeness or accuracy. Ingredient lists and formulations may be updated; always refer to the label on your product for the authoritative list.
8. Third-party links
The Website may include links to third-party sites (for example Amazon product listings, social media). We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VITIUM LTD, its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold VITIUM LTD harmless from any claim, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom or the European Union you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence as allowed by applicable law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “effective” date at the top tells you when they were last revised. Continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the new Terms.
